In this position, you will be part of a front desk team to provide superior patient services with compassion and care in accordance with patient needs.
You will work closely with the non-clinical staff, as well as the doctor, in day to day activities.
Our office is a close knit private practice team with a family atmosphere that is committed to building long lasting relationships with both patients and employees based on trust and integrity.
Patient Coordinator is a full time position.
Hours are as follows:
Monday - Thursday:
8am - 4pm EST Friday:
8am - 12pm EST Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday all have a lunch break from 1pm - 2pm EST.
Responsibilities:
Checking out patients Answering telephone calls Organizing treatment plans Collecting patient payments Filing insurance claims Monitor Email Collections Scheduling Benefits Paid Holidays Paid Time Off 401K Matching Employee Discount Bonus eligible Job Requirements Proficient on the computer, preferably with Dental Eaglesoft software Some knowledge on dental insurance Energetic and friendly attitude Personable with a firm disposition Preferred dental background- assisting experience helpful Our office is a team of Dr.
