The successful candidate will be responsible for monitoring fire safety and prevention in the workplace, inspecting fire extinguishers and other safety equipment, and reporting any potential hazards to the appropriate personnel.
The ideal candidate should have a keen eye for detail, be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, and have excellent communication skills.
Responsibilities:
Monitor and inspect fire safety equipment and systems.
Perform fire drills and other emergency preparedness exercises.
Maintain a log of all fire safety activities.
Report any unsafe conditions or equipment to the appropriate personnel.
Be familiar with the building's layout and emergency exits.
Provide guidance to occupants in the event of an emergency.
Be able to respond quickly and appropriately to any fire alarm activation.
