This position will report to work Monday through Friday.
The Office Specialist for the Fleet Landing office will make rounds with the Providers during post acute and skilled office visits.
The primary responsibility for this Office Specialist is to serve as a scribe and an assistant to the MD.
This smaller office is conveniently located in Atlantic Beach in the Fleet Landing Retirement Community.
The office has 3 providers and is near Highway A1A and Mayport Road.
Additional responsibilities for the Office Specialist may include:
Acquire labs, test result, radiology and consultation information Document, dictation and transcribing clinicla notes in the office EMR Patient registration Check in and check out Scanning documents Posting charges and payments Telephone protocols Assisting patients as needed If you are interested in this full-time opportunity, please apply now.
