Job Description North Bank Center for Rehabilitation and Healing is seeking a per-diem Physical Therapists (PT) who is committed to providing the best life and care for our residents.The purpose of this position is to treat residents who have been referred to physical therapy by the resident's physician on written order. Identifying residents by diagnosis or observation or staff referral who may benefit from therapy and requests orders for evaluation and treatment. North Bank is a 120-bed skilled nursing and rehabilitation center-what is commonly called a nursing home, in the heart of Downtown Jacksonville, Florida. But for us and the residents who either live in our facilityor seek short-term rehabilitation here, its so much more. Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
