Job Description North Bank Center for Rehabilitation and Healing is seeking a per-diem Physical Therapists (PT) who is committed to providing the best life and care for our residents.The purpose of this position is to treat residents who have been referred to physical therapy by the resident's physician on written order. Identifying residents by diagnosis or observation or staff referral who may benefit from therapy and requests orders for evaluation and treatment. North Bank is a 120-bed skilled nursing and rehabilitation center-what is commonly called a nursing home, in the heart of Downtown Jacksonville, Florida. But for us and the residents who either live in our facilityor seek short-term rehabilitation here, its so much more. Qualifications: State Licensure to Practice Physical Therapy Interpersonal Skills Necessary to Communicate Accurately and Precisely to Patients and Family Members Experience in a Skilled Nursing Facility Preferred #2023Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
