, Microsoft Our company is looking for an experienced B2B Sales Consultant who can prospect, build new client relationships, listen to our customers, and provide individualized product and service recommendations.
The successful candidate will possess integrity, strong communication skills, and a commitment to providing quality customer service.
We're looking for an individual who will pay attention to detail and contribute to The Scarlett Groups' growth.
A minimum of two years B2B sales success and a bachelors degree are required.
Experience successfully selling to Law Firms and or Healthcare organization is a plus.
Responsibilities:
Be collaborative, working with technical experts in a team selling environment.
Develop a strong understanding of the industry and the products being sold.
Be able to learn sales and product knowledge quickly.
Be an expert on the service offerings and their advantages.
Learn and apply customer service skills, such as responding to customer inquiries and resolving customer issues.
Demonstrate a broad understanding of products and services, demonstrating expertise in the company's offerings.
Be able to ask insightful questions about the customer's needs to help them choose the correct product or service for their situation.
