Responsibilities:
Assisting/performing Preventative Maintenance duties and trouble shooting and repairs of minor breakdowns as needed.
Performs all required Process Control adjustments and maintain all associated documentation in a timely and accurate manner.
Lead/ coach/train all line team members Perform all duties associated with advanced quality surveillance, safety adherence, and operation of the line.
Coordination / liaisons between Filling & Assembly and Bulk Manufacturing Other duties and tasks as required and directed by the supervisor.
Competencies:
Operate and perform limited maintenance on a variety of machines and equipment.
Responsible for operating the equipment and assembly line safely.
Capable of training and coaching junior operators on a variety of machines and equipment.
Able to communicate effectively with co workers.
Maintain and update all applicable records.
Insure that the line and work stations are clean and free of debris.
Keeps machines and equipment clean and in excellent operating condition as required by the specifications of each piece of equipment and machinery.
Responsible for performing quality assurance procedure to insure that the products are in accordance with the specifications of each product.
Perform related duties as required and directed by the supervisor.
