This position will have two key responsibilities; agent marketing support (60%) and directing our company/brand marketing efforts (40%).
Agent Marketing Support Onboarding new agents - creating an identity for their personal brand, building their online profile, setting up their website and CRM, introducing them to our company platforms Managing agent orders for services/materials Troubleshooting agent issues Train support staff Lead occasional group trainings Company /Brand Marketing Developing brand awareness around our story and creating a strategic plan of implementation Support recruiting efforts Create consumer awareness Manage company social media communications Create print/digital media pieces Manage company websites and social media Champion our company platforms Event planning The successful candidate will be a good communicator, well organized, able to self-manage and multi-task, and most importantly, willing to commit to excellence for all of their deliverables.
Experience with the following is also required:
Adobe Creative Suite Microsoft Office UX Design skills would be a big plus This is a full-time, onsite position with benefits.
