7 Full-time 2 hours ago Full Job Description Nemours is seeking an Operations Analyst (Information Systems), Full-Time, to join our Nemours Children's Health team in either Jacksonville, Florida or Orlando, Florida.
The Operations Analyst for Information Systems is responsible for the facilitation and coordination of strategic planning efforts, process improvement activities, policy development, and contract administration.
Additionally, this position participates in capital and operating budget preparation along with monitoring spending against those budgets throughout the year.
These activities are done in partnership with the Information Systems leadership team and CIO in order to enhance the role of Information Systems as a partner and service provider to the organization.
Essential Functions Coordinate and facilitate multiple, concurrent project related activities in the areas of strategic planning, financial analysis, operational and capital budget planning and other special studies as required.
Assist and support the Information Systems strategic planning processes that form the Information Systems Enterprise Project Portfolio and 3-Year Strategic Plans.
Participate in continuous improvement efforts to gain efficiencies and improve communications within the department.
Facilitate collaborative planning sessions with senior leaders from Information Systems and Operational areas in support of these projects and initiatives.
Anticipate and adapt to the changing needs of the organization, including researching industry trends and making recommendations for process changes or policy modifications in response to the changing landscape.
Oversee and provide assistance in supporting the planning, design, development, and implementation of short and long term projects for the CIO.
Provide administrative support for Information Systems contracts.
Assist with Capital and Operating budget preparation annually.
Monitor expenditures against those budgets as needed.
Create briefings, reports, correspondence, and communications related to strategic planning, continuous improvement, or budget activities.
Additional Functions Collaborates with all areas of Information Systems to improve processes and communications.
Attends meetings as required and participates in committees as assigned.
Facilitates meetings and activities as directed by CIO.
Other projects and duties as assigned by CIO.
Builds positive, long-term, ongoing relationships with Operations and other Corporate Services support teams.
Job Requirements Bachelor's Degree required.
Degree in Business Administration, MIS, Finance, or other related field is preferred.
Minimum of one (1) to three (3) years experience required.
Excellent interpersonal skills.
Superior ability to communicate verbally and in writing.
Detail oriented with strong organization, planning and prioritization skills.
Clear analytical thinking and problem solving ability.
Ability to handle sensitive and challenging problems in a calm and responsive manner (Conflict Resolution Skills).

Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
