Responsibilities and duties of this position include but are not limited to:
Perform carpet cleaning and hard floor care services.
When required, assist in development and operation of mobile janitorial services.
Train staff in the performance of carpet and hard floor services.
Maintain company owned service equipment in a satisfactory state of operation.
Repair and maintain inventory control and accountability of all assigned equipment.
Maintain IICRC certification and other trade related qualifications.
Operate company owned equipment and vehicles safely and in accordance with company policy Maintain a thorough knowledge of the contract statement of work requirements as they pertain to carpet and floor care standards.
Enhance customer relations.
Evaluate service delivery and make changes as needed to ensure high quality results and customer Other duties as assigned.
Required
Qualifications:
Experience in carpet and hard floor care cleaning procedures and maintenance (or the willingness to learn).
Experience in commercial janitorial services and associated chemicals and equipment (or the willingness to learn).
Ability to train employees on methods of accomplishing the work performance and quality standards.
Have good customer service skills.
Be able to pass a background check.
Able to lift up to 25 pounds Effective oral and written communication skills and must speak fluent English.
