6 Quick Apply 5 hours ago Full Job Description Job Summary Baptist Heath in Jacksonville, FL is now hiring Nursing Assistants for our Flex/Float Team! This is a PRN position requiring a commitment of one shift/week.
Openings for days and nights (12 hr shifts).
Self scheduling.
Requirements:
Ability to be flexible and float between two different campuses.
Nursing Fundamentals class completed and passed.
Assists RNs in the care of patients with healthcare needs including activities of daily living, maintaining a safe environment, collecting lab specimens, intake and output monitoring, and electronic medical record documentation.
Works under the supervision of the Registered Nurse (RN).
Courses Required:
Fundamentals of Nursing from an accredited school of nursing and current enrollment in nursing school.
The following have been grandfathered into the Nursing Assistant role:
Foreign nurse, Foreign Physician, and nursing assistants hired prior to April 23, 2015 without a Florida CNA license.
