Quick Apply Full-time 2 hours ago Full Job Description Central Station Assistant Manager for Established Alarm Monitoring Company Seeking a professional, motivated, and detailed individual to train and serve as assistant manager of the central monitoring center.
The candidates for this position will need some degree of advanced computer and IT knowledge and will report to the VP of Operations.
Compensation:
Depends on Experience, Education and Knowledge Responsibilities include, but not limited to:
Assistant to the VP of Operations Dealer Relations and Account Administration Scheduling of Operators Customer Billing Auditing of Account Updates and Operator Activity Maintain Routine Server Failover and Backups Routine Software Updates Communicate with Software Vendor Assist Central Station Operators Rotating On Call Schedule Job Requirements:
Customer Service Experience (minimum of 1 year) Ability to Multitask Attention to Detail Excellent Communication Skills Team Player Flexible Schedule Drug Free Clean Criminal Record Dependable Transportation Associates Degree or Higher
