We are seeking a seasoned Business & Operations Professional to work directly with Chief Operating Office and Senior Leadership within our organization to support our portfolio of clients and prospect clients.
The ideal candidate will have experience in the Golf industry, task-driven and customer service focused with the ability to adapt to change in a fast-paced and entrepreneurial environment.

Job purpose The Business Operations Coordinator will work directly with Chief Operating Office and senior leadership within the organization to support our portfolio of clients and prospect clients.
Success in this position requires strong communication, writing and organizational skills, the ability to problem solve, and must have an enthusiastic willingness to learn and tackle technical, administrative, and creative tasks.
This position is entrusted to handle highly confidential information often critical in nature.
Interfaces with high-level internal/external contacts requiring considerable discretion, diplomacy, and initiative.
Assists with RFPs, Board meetings, special projects and creates reports to support the COO.
Provides support of Hampton Golf's commitment to excellent customer service by facilitating communication and relationship-building with our Operators, Clients, and Management team.
Duties and responsibilities Develop, maintain, and broaden good business relationships with existing and prospective clients.
Assist with business development to include drafting proposals for RFPs or reports for Discovery Sessions to grow our business.
Create PowerPoint presentations for prospective clients and Board or Club meetings.
Host meetings with executives, key clients, and prospect clients to assist with business needs to drive revenue.
Prepares and conducts meetings with Membership and/or Board of Directors by Club property as required.
Assists with Club renovation projects.
Manage the company's Property Observation Program.
Work closely with other departments to ensure the needs of the client are fulfilled in a timely manner and any issues resolved fully.
Ability to analyze and comprehend key points from various company or Club documents.
Provide administrative support to the Chief Operating Officer in a professional manner maintaining the confidentiality of the business office.
Write Memos regarding an array of topics (e.
g.
, Club operational matters, policies, and procedures, etc.
).
Draft communications to be delivered to clients, Club members or internal personnel.
Interpret documents received by the Chief Operating Office and take appropriate action as needed.
Prepare agendas, meeting rooms and materials for all meetings involving the Chief Operating Officer.
Draft correspondence in a professional manner and oversee the preparation of materials, mailings, meeting arrangements, agenda production and the writing of minutes.
Transcribe and distribute minutes of meetings as required.
Coordinate and monitor the Chief Operating Officer calendar of meetings and events, setting and confirming appointments.
Coordinate travel arrangements including hotel reservations and the purchase of airline tickets.
Create and maintain the schedule for all trips including meetings, logistics and events.
Perform other duties as requested and required.
Qualifications Minimum of two (2) years in the Golf industry preferred.
Minimum of five (5) years of experience within an administrative function, preferred.
Bachelor's degree required.
Degree in Hospitality, Business or Communications is a plus.
Ability to build excellent personnel relationships with customers, partners, and prospect clients.
In-depth knowledge/experience with computer applications (i.
e.
, Microsoft Office - Word, Outlook, Excel, and Power Point.
) Excellent communications and language skills, both oral and written.
Demonstrated ability and experience in building and maintaining inter-personal relationships.
Must be able to work independently, select resources and apply appropriate reference materials.
Exceptional organization, time management and problem-solving skills.
Requires a conscious awareness of the confidential nature of the work of the Chief Operating Officer's office.
