Subcontracts Manager (Contingency Hire) HomeSafe is a purposed built Joint Venture forged to become the single global household goods movement manager for The U.S. Armed Forces, Department of Defense civilians, U.S. Coast Guard, and their families in anticipation of a late October 2021 USTRANSCOM Global Household Goods (GHC) contract award date. After our transition in, our customer focused operations will start to phase in September 2022. Performs full range of procurement and administration activities associated with subcontracting work. Qualifies suppliers, issues requests for proposals, evaluates proposals, maintains subcontract files in accordance to established procedures. Oversees and performs the full range of procurement and administration activities associated with subcontracting work on a project. Under general direction, is accountable for the performance and results of a related discipline or sub-group within a function. Manages the delivery of functional objectives by providing leadership and direction to team members. Participates in the development of functional strategy and may be responsible for global processes and procedures. Skills required for this job are typically acquired through the completion of an undergraduate degree and 15
years of experience.
Salary Range:
$200K -- $250K
Minimum Qualification
ProcurementEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
