Human Resources Coordinator
J. This position is responsible for supporting the day-to-day operations of the HR department.
Job duties may include, but are not limited to:
Provide general HR support and act as an HR resource to employees.
Responsible for working with each Company and appropriate manager to ensure all new hire, termination and status change paperwork is completed and processed timely in the HRIS system.
Direct accountability for accurate and timely submission of payroll. Will work in conjunction with corporate office and 3rd party administrator.
Assist with recruiting and pre-hire process including vacancy creation, offer letter creation, background check processing and on-boarding process.
Compliance support and audit responsibilities regarding HR data entry and payroll procedures.
Assist with all personnel filing, creation of files, I-9 maintenance per government/company regulations, maintenance of file rooms, and storage of off-site archived files. Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
