Account Manager

This position requires an individual with impeccable customer service skills, communication, and initiative who will fit in to a very fun and fast paced environment.
The Account Manager is directly responsible for producing high levels of client satisfaction with the membership experience through fast, friendly, and responsive management of all client interaction and superior performance of assigned activities within the real estate client services team.
Responsibilities include working directly with clients via telephone and email to resolve client concerns/issues in a quick and proficient manner, work with team members to develop their ability to save/retain accounts, analyze and report on client satisfaction issues.

2. Work with clients to resolve client concerns and issues in a manner that promotes customer loyalty and is equitable for the client and the company.

4. Coach, motivate and develop the agent client in the best practices of lead development.
5. Stimulate agent client loyalty by asking open-ended questions to solicit feedback that creates opportunities to offer solutions to concerns and issues.
6. Demonstrate good business acumen by placing a high value on operational excellence and competency in development and execution of loyalty based business plans, project management and analysis.
7. Demonstrate in all interaction with both internal and external customers outstanding communication skills.
8. A daily activity log is required to be maintained and will include an accounting of all e-mails handled, in-bound and out-bound client calls, credits, retained accounts, cancellations, resolutions pending, and service requested.
9. In-bound client calls must be answered promptly, never exceeding three rings. In the event the client has left a voice mail, provide a response within one hour on the same business day as the call is received. Standard call scripts should be followed when appropriate and as directed to maintain a consistent business message.Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
