Project Manager
You will be leading analysts, engineers and quality assurance resources to work closely with business on defining crisp, concise, and accurate requirements, collaborate with architects and others to design and build the right technical solutions, work with Quality Assurance teams to ensure solutions are properly verified, and work with business to ensure change management activities are aligned to the needs of the work effort.
Responsibilities of a Project Manager include:
Establish team priorities and drive functional and technical solutions and issues to closure
Perform qualitative and quantitative risk analysis for project tracks
Strong working knowledge of software development life cycles
Experience with Agile development methods such as Scrum, User Stories, and Lean Development is preferred
Must be detail-oriented, self-motivated and provide follow-through on work deliverables
Develop and maintain project work plans, estimates, and schedules for concurrent projects
Qualifications
Ability to work effectively in a fast-moving, multi-project team or independently as the task dictates
Experience with the use of project management and resource planning software throughout the software development process
Demonstrated capabilities as a leader of technology teams.
Facilitate the communication between business users and cross functional teams
Commitment to providing excellent customer service
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
