Power Platform Developer As a Power Platform Developer, you will have the opportunity to assist our clients in the adoption of the Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, Power Pages, AI Builder) at an enterprise level and to contribute to the growth of our Workplace Transformation Team.

What You Will Be DoingoGuiding our clients on different ways to employ the Microsoft Power Platform to solve their current business needs while positioning them for future solutionsoCollaborating with members of the development and architecture teams to deliver enterprise-grade solutions that surpass client expectations while meeting deadlines and budgetary constraintsoDeveloping solutions that follow best practices and methodologies to assure effective, maintainable solutionsoParticipating as an active member of discovery workshops, requirements gathering discussions, documentation development and pre-sales sessionsoTraining client end-users and junior members of the staff on proper Power Platform development techniques including support for application lifecycle managementoWorking directly with project managers to support client status reporting and other artifactsoLearning new technologies, and improvements to current technologies, to assist in analyzing their impact on current and future implementationsRequired SkillsoDevelopment and deployment of multiple Power Platform projects to external organizations including Canvas Applications, Model Driven Applications and Power Automate solutions.
oExposure to Power Pages and its customization and deploymentoUnderstanding the deployment and utilization of Power Automate Desktop RPA (Robotic Processing Automation)technologiesoKnowledge of the Power Fx language and best practices for developing applications utilizing the platformoUnderstanding the various data connectors and their licensing model(s)oUnderstanding of Power Platform governance and security concepts and how to implement themoStrong verbal and written communication skills to include direct client interaction, training of client staff in the utilization of the platform tools, and the production of documentationoExperience mentoring other developers and team members on the proper techniques and skills required to develop within the platformDesirable SkillsoExperience deploying and maintaining the Power Platform Center of Excellence (CoE)oExperience with Azure services such as Azure Logic Apps, Azure Service Bus and understanding the role in potential automation solutionsoExperience developing web pages using CSS, jQuery, JavaScript, and the Bootstrap frameworkoExperience developing PCF controls and their installation/configurationoDynamics 365 customizationsoExperience with Azure DevOps and its integration into the Power PlatformoExposure to AI concepts including creation and utilization of custom modelsoExposure to Power Virtual Agents (PVA) and their development/deploymentRequirements Recommended Skills Application Lifecycle Management Architecture Artificial Intelligence Automation Bootstrap (Front End Framework) Business Requirements Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
