The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, managing warehouse, install, and service staff, and ensuring that all tasks are completed in a timely and efficient manner.
The Operations Manager will also be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to improve efficiency and productivity, as well as maintaining compliance with company policies and procedures.

Responsibilities:
Develop and implement operational plans and strategies to ensure efficient and effective operations.
Manage the daily operations of the business, including personnel, and resources.
Analyze operational data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
Ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
Develop and maintain relationships with vendors, suppliers, and other stakeholders.
Lead teams in the implementation of new processes and procedures.
Monitor performance metrics to ensure goals are met.
