Clean lobbies, clubhouse, lounges, offices, restrooms, etc.
Sweep, mop, scrub, wax, and polish floors, vacuum hallways, stairs, and office space.
Wash walls, ceilings, and woodwork.
Wash windows, windowsill, doors, and door panels.
Dust all furniture, fixtures, and built-in shelves or bookcases.
Empty wastebaskets, trash cans, and ashtrays including those in the office space.
Replenish supplies in the restrooms.
Replace light bulbs.
Move furniture.
Clean grounds, and remove litter including common areas, residences, parking lots, and garages.
Report maintenance concerns in accordance with Company policy and procedure.
Complete the Training Guide, RISE U online training, and instructor-led training courses required for this position.
Assure safety standards are used which comply with all Company guidelines.
Complete time worked records in a timely manner.
Ensure compliance with all work-related activities in a fair, ethical, and consistent manner.
Follow established Company policies and procedures.
Arrive to work as scheduled and prepared.
Rotates shift work including weekends and special events.
Any other task as assigned.
Compensation Range:
$15.
00-$17.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
