Role Summary/Purpose
BHGE is looking for a Design Engineer to provide order to remittance support for valve business.
Essential Responsibilities
In the role of Design Engineer, you will:
Review customer specifications and translate customer specification in to order instructions for manufacturing of relief valves
Provide bills of material, drawing information, test specifications and processing instructions for meeting quality and manufacturing requirements of the product
Support shop manufacturing for material substitution and disposition of non-conformance report
Liaise with global engineering team for order execution and support on engineering issues
Provide technical information to sales for product support
Analyze field complaints to distinguish between design deficiencies and application errors
Qualifications/Requirements
Bachelor's in Mechanical/ Electric Engineering from an accredited college or university
Minimum 2 Years of experience in manufacturing, power or process industry which require dealing with process equipment application or maintenance
