The Team
We are currently seeking a Design Build Electrical Engineer for our Contractor Delivery Practice.
The Opportunity
In this role, you will have the opportunity to contribute to the expansion of RS&H's Buildings Group and Contractor Client services. Our successful candidate will be contribute to strengthening relationships with current and new contractor clients; opportunity to work with other talented, entrepreneurial minded people focused on Contractor Delivery; share a collaborative environment; and work with a diverse client list. Preferred candidate would be a senior design-build practitioner. If you have a history of long-term working relationships within the Buildings Design Build industry and have great initiative to contribute to the growth of a national Contractor Delivery Group, then your skills are in alignment with our position.
Key
Responsibilities:
Engage with contractor clients and strengthen our presence within any combination of the Military, Federal, Aviation, Science, Healthcare, Mission Critical, Financial, and Higher Education market sector.
Utilize and encourage best uses of design-build practices.
Work within a group of dedicated design-build delivery practitioners to develop pricing documents, fees and schedules during the bid phase.
Work closely with Project Executives in client management and with Project Managers in managing project's scope, schedule, and budget risks during project execution phase.
Preferred
Qualifications:
Bachelor's or Master's degree of Electrical Engineering from an accredited university
Minimum of 7 years design experience, working in any combination of Military, Federal, Aviation, Science, Healthcare, Mission Critical, Financial, and Higher Education market sectors
Minimum of 5 years experience in delivering design-build projects
Strong history of long-term relationship building, great communication and interaction skills plus a drive to be the best
Strong technical, production and team building skills

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
