Jacobs Technology is looking for a Facility Support Section Manager.
The Facility Support Section Manager's primary duty and responsibility is to manage the total work effort associated with a limited access area operational, sustainment, restoration, and modernization services. The Facility Support Section Manager shall have no other duties except those associated with the limited access section operational, sustainment, restoration, and modernization services. Anticipated duties include, but not limited to, meet the overall contract technical, schedule, and cost performance objectives of the limited access section; formulate and enforce work standards, assigning schedules, reviewing work discrepancies, supervising personnel, and communicating policies, purposes, and goals for the organization to the section employees; Assures continuity of services within the section; Directs work of personnel assigned to section; Ensures section projects are completed on time and within budget; Acts as adviser on section projects, tasks, and operations; and Provides oversight of all section contract functions to ensure quantitative and qualitative requirements of the contract are achieved.
BS degree from an accredited engineering school, and eight (8) to (12) years of engineering experience with at least one (1) year in project management, or a MS degree from an accredited engineering school (preferred) and seven (7) to ten (10) years of engineering experience or a Ph.D. degree and two (2) to five (5) years related experience. Secret clearance required - TS/SCI preferred.
Industry recognized certification in Program Management, Facility Management, or Asset Management. CMRP Certification preferred; Minimum ten (10) years of experience in managing infrastructure contracts (Building Operations); five (5) years on a facility support service or base operations support contract of 100 people; Maximo experience required; Demonstrated experience of operations in US Government facilities and developing and reporting facility/program related metrics; Previous experience managing FFP contracts; Previous contract transition experience; Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; Experience in a limited access facility preferred; Completion of Level I Security and Escort Training required.

Work Environment
Limited access complex, mostly office facilities and industrial plants.
Physical Requirements
Must be able to work at a computer for extended periods. Must be able to interact effectively with all levels of employees and customers.

Attendance
With the exception of approved leave and holidays, attendance is mandatory. Attendance is critical at all times to ensure response to customer requirements (100%). Overtime may be required. This position is expected to be on-site during all regular business hours as aligned with customer requirements. Position shall be available on-site within one hour of customer's request.
Other Essential Functions
Must take and pass a drug test and background check. Must have/maintain appropriate security clearance and pass Level I Security and Escort Training. Must put forward a professional behavior that enhances productivity and promotes teamwork and cooperation. Grooming and dress must be appropriate for the position and must not impose a safety risk/hazard to the employee or others. Must be well-organized with the ability to coordinate and prioritize multiple tasks simultaneously. Must be able to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing. Must be able to interface effectively with individuals at all levels of the organization. Must be willing to travel as-needed.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
