Forklift Operator

LOCATION: Deerwood in Southside of Jacksonville, Florida
WORK HOURS:
1st Shift: 6:00am - 2:30pm
2nd Shift: 2:00pm - 10:30pm
WORK SCHEDULE: Monday - Friday
WORK ENVIRONMENT: Distribution Center (A/C Climate Controlled)
DURATION OF ASSIGNMENT: 2 Years
Essential Functions:
Order picking
Replenishing stock
Loading and unloading product
Taking inventory
REQUIREMENTS
Forklift Operator Experience (3 years, preferred)
Must have recent experience with:
Stand up Forklift
Stand up Reach Truck
Cherry Picker
Electronic Pallet Jack
RF Scan Gun experience required (6 months minimum)
Basic Computer Skills
Must be able to stay on task with minimal supervision
Must be detail oriented with high sense of urgency and positive attitude
Must be comfortable operating lift up to 40 ft
Must be available to work flexible schedule and overtime
BEHAVIORAL ABILITIES:
Ability to work and communicate well with others
Ability to give and understand instructions, both verbal and written.
Strong Interpersonal Skills:
Must be willing to work with a team concept.
Must be willing to accept change and additional responsibilities and training associated with change.
EDUCATION:
High School Diploma or equivalent
Must meet all job qualificationsEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
