Job Requirements
THE IDEAL ASSISTANT MANAGER WILL HAVE:
3
years of management experience in a high volume full service or casual concept
Demonstrated leadership skills
A clear understanding of the cost factors associated with managing restaurant operations
Guest focused and service driven
BOH experience a plus
KITCHEN MANAGER CANDIDATES WILL HAVE:
2
years of kitchen management (BOH) experience with same/similar title
BOH focused, big on food and marketing
Worked or been exposed to scratch kitchen concept
Outstanding work ethic
Guest-focused and service-driven
Exceptional team building capacity
Desire to be a part of a winning team
