We are eagerly seeking a proficient Techno-Functional Business Analyst to spearhead the implementation of AutoStore, potentially integrated with Manhattan or Blue Yonder Warehouse Management Systems (WMS). This pivotal role combines technical prowess with functional expertise in warehouse management to boost operational efficiencies and drive key business objectives.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate closely with warehouse management stakeholders to capture and articulate system requirements, aligning them meticulously with business objectives.
- Craft and maintain precise user stories and functional requirements, tailoring documentation for both Agile and Waterfall project methodologies.
- Take the lead on configuring, customizing, and fine-tuning WMS, focusing on solutions like AutoStore, Manhattan, or Blue Yonder to fulfill specific business requirements.
- Design, develop, and implement robust test cases to confirm the functionality and efficiency of the WMS installations.
- Manage the seamless transition from legacy systems to modern solutions, overseeing data migration, user training, and comprehensive system testing.
- Thoroughly document each project phase, from requirements gathering through to analysis and successful deployment.
- Serve as a vital bridge between technical teams and non-technical stakeholders, facilitating clear communication and managing expectations effectively.
- Regularly evaluate business processes and system performance, proposing actionable improvements and enhancements to optimize results.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Supply Chain Management, or a related discipline.
- At least 5 years of experience in a Business Analyst role, with a strong emphasis on warehouse management systems.
- Proven track record with WMS implementations, especially proficient with systems like AutoStore, Manhattan, or Blue Yonder.
- Expertise in requirement gathering, creating user stories, and executing detailed test cases.
- Solid understanding of both Agile and Waterfall methodologies, with a flexible approach to manage dynamic project demands.
- Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a collaborative team.
