- Billing and Invoicing Clients and Suppliers - Managing Design Calendar and Scheduling -Receiving/Managing Inventory and Damage Claims -Preparing, Organizing, and Filing Client Folders -Client and Inventory Order Tracking and Updates - Purchasing Samples and Updating Design Library -Occasionally Assist on Installs and Client Selections -Filing and Maintaining Organized Design Library Items -Maintaining Appearance of Showroom/Visual Merchandising -Greeting Clients at the Door and Answering Calls as needed -Receiving and Sorting Mail and Packages -Running Occasional Errands and Stocking Client Kitchen Job Type:
