Families come to Hope Haven when they have tried other programs that have not been a good fit for them.
At Hope Haven, each child has an individualized service plan based on their unique needs executed by multi-disciplinary team members.
We work to ensure that children and families realize their full potential by providing specialized educational and clinical services.
Do you want to help us achieve our mission? Hope Haven continuously works to improve the client experience by offering concierge level customer service at every point of entry in the organization.
If Hope Haven is not the most appropriate resource for a client given their unique circumstance, our dedicated staff facilitate connections with the most appropriate resource in the community.
Essential Functions Conduct brief mental health or other service screenings to identify client needs and connect with appropriate services Assess financial eligibility for services, communicate service fees and sliding fee scales, and grant assistance or other community resources available to clients based on their specific needs Communicate with clients and families while protecting their confidential health information Documentation of services provided in a timely manner and accurate Opening and closing the building Opening and closing client accounts in software Collect payments and post as appropriate, issue statements and superbills Upload documents and files to electronic client information systems Answer incoming calls to Hope Haven and monitor voicemails to general delivery Schedule appointments and handle no-shows/cancellations Participate in Children First class rotation, which includes one Saturday morning roughly every 6 weeks Job Type:
