From February 16th- March 1st, 2024, participants will learn all the necessary skills to be a successful Monitor Technician! At the end of the class, participants will pass a test to be hired on Full-Time at Baptist! Participants must be available for all three classes and must shadow two Monitor Technician shifts between the first and third classes.

00pm Job Responsibilities following the program will include:
Observing patients for variations in normal heart rhythms Closely observing EKG's on the monitor Analyzing and interpreting these patterns for any signs of abnormalities Collaborating with the nurse or physician regarding a response plan in the case of any irregularities This Monitor Technician Training Program will be located at the Bapitst IT Center.
