Summary:
The Project Manager will be responsible for the management and oversight of projects on the NetSuite Services Implementation Team.
The Project Manager is expected to perform active oversight for customer projects assigned.
This requires excellent management and organizational skills to coordinate with entire team and to prioritize tasks and ensure projects are completed successfully within given deadlines and budget.
Essential Duties and
Responsibilities:
Reports to the Senior Project Manager Generate and deliver project plans, status reports, and cost estimates to customer Provide regular status updates to internal team/Leadership Maintain project issue logs and action items Enforce standards established within department such as timesheet entry, Statements of Work, Change requests, project tracking, and development tracking Tracking of Project Support cases and enhancements within Jira Track completion and delivery of project deliverables Submits requests for Statements of Work/Change Orders Conduct regular audits of budget to actual for team's projects and work with team to proactively request additional hours as necessary Assist in transitioning Production Live accounts to the CS&S group In coordination with Business Analyst proactively identify and address Customer escalations or Project risk Travel up to 20% Education and
Experience:
A Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent work experience Project Management and/or consulting experience, knowledge of ERP implementation process preferred Smartsheet, Jira, and Open Air preferred Excellent written and verbal communication skills Excellent presentation skills Customer satisfactiondriven Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Microsoft Project skills Experience with ERP systems - NetSuite preferred Successful experience working as part of a team General Information:
