The parts for the assembly process are supplied by other sister companies in Germany, Spain, South Africa, and China.
Summary/Objective The Human Resource Generalist is responsible for all facets of the HR function, including recruitment, new hire onboarding, payroll processing, benefits, and 401K administration.

Payroll/HR 1.
Process payroll bi-weekly and cycle when needed.
2.
Verify attendance, hours worked and adjust in system if needed.
3.
Maintain all personnel data in system.
4.
Ensure the processing of new hires, terminations and other employee changes is accurate and timely.
5.
Process correct garnishment calculations and compliance.
6.
Reviews tax reports and sets up new states as needed.
7.
Provide support to employees with payroll and benefit needs.
8.
Process accurate and timely year end reporting.
9.
Develop ad hoc reporting.
10.
Lead the annual worker's comp audit and any other DOL audit as needed.
11.
Provides full-cycle recruitment for all company positions.
12.
Administers accurate and timely form I-9 and E-Verify administration.
13.
Collaborates with managers, performs job analysis, writes job descriptions.
14.
Maintains employee confidence and protects operations by keeping information confidential.
15.
Assist managers with employee relation issues or employee performance issues; provides support, best practices, and assist them in providing their employees with coaching, counseling, and corrective action.
Benefits Administration 1.
Ensure enrollment of new hires, communicates changes/terminations with the provider(s), coordinate the annual open enrollment process.
2.
Review of monthly invoices from Providers to ensure billing is accurate.
3.
Administrator of 401K Plan for enrollments, distributions, and bi-weekly remittance of funds.
Leads annual 401K audit and testing.
Other Duties 1.
Maintains company Intranet.
2.
Organize employee events, employee birthdays and work anniversaries.
3.
Assist with answering phones from 8am - 9am, and on other occasions as needed.
4.
Assists with other office duties; break-room kiosk, order janitorial and breakroom supplies when needed.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities 1.
Solid understanding of accounting fundamentals and payroll best practices 2.
Proficient in MS Office and knowledge of relevant software (e.
g.
, Paycor or similar payroll system) 3.
Trustworthy with attention to confidentiality 4.
Outstanding organizational and people skills 5.
Ability to manage highly confidential information in a professional manner.
6.
Ability to work independently to meet strict deadlines.
