is looking for a hardworking and out of the box HR Specialist! As an HR Specialists you will responsible for administrative tasks as well as assisting with payroll management.
Do you have a hands-on experience with data entry, confidential matters, as well as payroll processing? Are you detailed oriented with great interpersonal skills? Then we are looking for you! You will help and support the daily operations of our HR dream team and Accounting team.
You will be the first point of contact for our internal customers.

What are your responsibilities? Support the daily operations of the HR team Provide and respond to HR inquiries via email and phone Triage all HR matters Use HR databases to review, input and keep track of employee information (Paylocity) Arranging meetings and maintaining calendars Maintaining organized and up-to-date HR files Remaining confidential at all times Manage payroll functions Calculate employee paychecks Maintain accurate payroll records Other duties as assigned What do you need to become our next HR Specialist? 6 months - 1year proven track record of recording of executing HR-related tasks Minimum 1 year processing high volume payroll Hands on experience working with MS Office, and HR software (HRIS or HRMS) Effective oral and written communication skills Flexibility and ability to multitask Great interpersonal skills High ethical standards and ability to exhibit a high level of confidentiality Ambition- you want to grow with the company and in your role!
