Install kitchen cabinets Tile shower surrounds and kitchen backsplash Install faucets and toilets Install light fixtures, ceiling fans and outlet/switches Drywall - patch, replace, mud and texture big or small areas Hang and install trim including doors and closets Order and procure needed materials in a timely manner Schedule vendors including flooring, paint and cleaners Communicate to Project Manager the scope of work, timeline and project needs/challenges Must have own tools and reliable transportation Other duties as assigned Keep track of inventory Order materials Qualifications Experience in all areas of apartment remodeling Able to lift 50
