Human Resources Director
Lakeside Center for Rehabilitation and Healing - Lakeside Center for Rehabilitation and Healing is now hiring a full time Human Resources Director.
The Human Resources Director is responsible for performing administrative duties such as processing payroll, scheduling interviews, coordinating orientations, and acting as a liaison between employees and HR department.
The Human Resources Director is also responsible for a wide range of human resources support for staff covering the following areas:
recruiting, new hire onboarding, supporting new hire orientation, employee leave administration, maintaining employee data and changes, managing employee bonuses and reward programs, ensuring Equal Employment Opportunity compliance, completing employment verification requests, and conducting education and training on HR systems, processes and policies as needed.
Lakeside Center is a 122-bed skilled nursing facility that offers short-term rehabilitation, long term care, palliative care, hospice services and outpatient rehabilitation.

Qualifications:
A Bachelor's in Human Resources or a Related Field is Preferred Must have Excellent Communication Skills and Organizational Skills Skilled Nursing/Long Term Care Expereience Strongly Preferred Must be Flexible and Able to Perform Well Under Pressure Recommended Skills Administration Communication Coordinating Hospice Human Resources Long Term Care Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
