Responsibilities:
- Assist with the administration of various HR programs and processes - Maintain employee records and ensure dataintegrity, confidentiality, and accuracy in HR systems (Kronos and Service Titan) - Process employee onboarding and offboarding paperwork - Assists with planning and execution of special events such as benefits enrollment, organization-wide meetings, employee recognition events, holiday parties, and retirement celebrations.
- Work in conjunction with the IT company in fulfilling IT needs for the company - Assist with benefits administration, including enrollment and changes - Prepare HR reports and analyze data for trends and insights - Ensure compliance with OSHA regulations and maintain safety records
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in HR or administrative role preferred - Strong attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information - Proficient in data entry and working with HR systems - Excellent organizational and time management skills - Strong communication skills, both written and verbal - Ability to work independently and as part of a team This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is detail-oriented, organized, and interested in gaining experience in human resources.
