Summary The primary responsibility of this position is to attract, screen, and select qualified candidates for various job openings within the company.
The HR Recruiter works closely with hiring managers and HR team members to ensure a smooth and efficient recruitment process, from sourcing candidates to finalizing job offers.
Responsibilities Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and create comprehensive job descriptions.
Utilize various recruitment methods, including job boards, social media, employee referrals, and professional networks, to attract potential candidates.
Proactively source and build a pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future job openings.
Review resumes and applications to identify candidates who meet the job requirements and organizational culture fit.
Conduct initial phone screens to assess candidates' qualifications, experience, and interest in the position.
Coordinate and conduct in-person or virtual interviews with shortlisted candidates.
Schedule and coordinate interviews with candidates and hiring managers, ensuring a smooth and timely process.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of candidate interactions and recruitment activities in the applicant tracking system.
Represent the company positively and professionally during recruitment events and job fairs.
Ensure compliance with all relevant employment laws, regulations, and company policies throughout the recruitment process.
Other duties as assigned by your supervisor.
Requirements Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Proven experience as an HR Recruiter or in a similar talent acquisition role.
Familiarity with recruitment strategies, sourcing techniques, and candidate assessment methods.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong negotiation and influencing abilities.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other HR-related software applications.
