We are seeking an experienced Audio Visual Lead Technician w/ some commissioning experience.

Key Responsibilities To ensure assigned installation projects are completed on time, within budget, and in accordance with company standards using popular commercial technologies including Crestron Controls, NVX, Flex, QSC, Biamp, etc.
Train and develop Technicians and support their growth in their AV Careers.
Continue to perform all the installation work alongside Technicians while also managing/coordinating projects.
Learning to lead others and work in a team are essential to developing a successful career at the company.
This role is where you master these skills as you prepare to take on future roles in either Project Management, Design, Sales, or Service.
Requirements:
AVIXA CTS and other certifications strongly preferred! Able to perform physically challenging work requiring strong mechanical skills in all environments, amid stressful situations and deadlines.
Intermediate-Advanced knowledge of sound, acoustics, video, lighting, and basic power systems.
Skilled with Microsoft software.
Commitment to learning, growth, and development.
