Summary:
At RF-SMART, our Product Managers own and set the strategic vision, strategy, and execution of their product lines.
Through creativity, experience, collaboration, and persistence, they solve supply chain challenges for businesses in the markets we serve.
They work closely with customers and can translate business needs and requirements into scalable technical solutions.
Through an ability to establish great rapport with Engineering, Services, Sales and Marketing Teams, they work to ensure successful product outcomes.
The ideal candidate will have a strategic view of the market, and the ability to synthesize input from data, customer feedback, internal stake holders, and market trends to influence and prioritize product investments.

Do you have experience with outbound fulfillment processes with focus on freight shipping (LTL, TL, etc.
) and transportation management? Do you have a successful track record of collaboration with stakeholders and customers? Are you a leader who can cast a strategic vision and guide it to success by working with a variety of teams that include:
Engineering, Marketing, Sales, Consulting Services and Support? Are you comfortable, perhaps even energized by supporting Sales calls to convey our value proposition and/or serving as an SME for our product? Duties &
Responsibilities:
Define and manage vision, strategy, and roadmap for RF-SMART Shipping Freight Products Stay on top of shipping market trends and translate customer needs into product features with use case scenarios Lead cross functional team with voice of customer to build pragmatic and scalable product solutions that solve customer shipping needs Drive roadmap deliverables and timelines Be a strong team player who can lead innovation Hands-on responsibility driving user stories, use cases, and ensuring a successful customer experience through feature prioritization, team-assigned tasks and pre-release testing High engagement as SME with customers and prospects, including ability to demonstrate the product Active stakeholder management with focus on product vision, roadmap development, and excellent communication Drive enablement activities to ensure internal teams have sufficient product knowledge and resources to achieve product goals Expected travel:

years of experience with freight Shipping and/or transportation management Software products and carrier integration (FedEx Freight, Old Dominion, YRC, and other national carriers as well as exposure to regional carriers) 4
years of relevant logistics and outbound fulfillment execution experience in freight shipping Experience driving efficiencies into outbound and fulfillment operations to deliver business value Outstanding communication, interpersonal, organizational, and writing skills Excellent internal and external networking skills Excellent presentation skills Desired Skills and
