Responsibilities:
Manages the day-to-day operations of the Production department staff.
Serves as a leader, motivator, and resource for our entire Production department.
Assists with interviewing and hiring Production employees.
Communicates regularly with staff members through individual and group meetings (including biweekly Production meetings).
Encourages effective and efficient crew communications.
Regularly visits job sites to ensure that jobs are being installed according to quality and safety standards.
Sets performance outcomes and evaluates performance.
Encourages continuous improvement.
Rewards and recognizes excellent work.
Responsible for monitoring Production-related paperwork, including:
o Processing payroll and bonuses o Crew paperwork o Time records and attendance o Uniforms Assists with customer complaints and problems by resolving customer issues.
Conduct frequent on-the-job and classroom trainings.
Assists sales department and other employees with technical aspects of system installations.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
Previous experience in waterproofing, crawl spaces, and/or foundations required.
Proven leadership experience required.
Outstanding communication skills.
Superb organization and planning skills.
Ability to oversee multiple projects at once.
Time management skills, with the ability to work under tight deadlines.
Precise attention to detail.
Ability to influence, coach, and mentor employees.
Public speaking skills.
Strong decision-making skills and a results-driven approach.
Strong ethics and high integrity.

Previous experience in waterproofing, crawl spaces, and/or foundations required.
Proven leadership experience required.
A high school diploma or general education diploma (GED) required.
A valid driver's license required.
