Services Executive Sales Manager - Ricoh USA (Jacksonville, FL)
POSITION PROFILE JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Leads, motivates, and counsels the sales team to meet or exceed budgeted sales revenue, gross profit, expense and contributions projections while maintaining teamwork and the highest level of customer service.
Supports SSE career planning, training and growth; Recommends and facilitates appropriate development opportunities Manages day-to-day employee relations' issues Responsible for up to $4 million for solutions & IT Services Manages through Account Planning sessions, territory reviews, RAPs and goal setting Advocates and supports headquarter initiatives Aligns sales representatives approach and customer understanding with Ricoh USA's strategic direction Engages in strategic account planning with key customer accounts.
Assists in the recruiting, interviewing, and hiring of sales representatives Works with customer and appropriate internal staff to resolve customer issues and complaints.
Facilitates communication and cooperation between SSE and marketplace sales teams.
Drives professionalism and attention to detail in all client interactions Accurately forecasts quarterly and annual revenue streams Builds strong team relationships with all elements of Ricoh that contribute to the client sales process, order process, delivery and billing process Works closely with Sales Force Development and Design to ensure that the SSE has accurate and competent knowledge of the entire portfolio and a high level of industry knowledge Performs other duties as assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS (Education, Experience, and Certifications) 4-year college degree or equivalent experience in a related field.

years experience of successful solution selling; including business-to-business account management and development experience.
