POSITION/PROGRAM
Summary:
PRIMARY
Responsibilities:
- Plans, coordinates, and manages the actions taken by the quality team to meet contractually required installation, testing, training and sustainment objectives.
- Develops, implements, and maintains technical quality assurance and control systems and activities.
Defines and specifies the implementation of standards, methods, and procedures for inspecting, testing, and evaluating the precision, accuracy, and reliability of company products which can include standard procedures (e.
g.
, ISO :
, ISO 14000 family of standards), quality audits/review, process reengineering, etc.
- Assists product support areas in gathering and analyzing data.
Selects, develops, and evaluates personnel to ensure the efficient operation of the function.
- Manages tasks assigned to the site and has frequent interface with team personnel, subcontractors, support personnel and customer(s).
- Integrate all functions and activities necessary to perform the quality services to meet the customer requirements.
- Plan and implement actions of the team to meet quality requirements for products and services.
- Direct team personnel, manage cost and schedule, ensure contract compliance, and serve as customer interface.

Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree or higher with experience in managing related operations and at least 7 years' experience working on related programs, with at least 2 years of successful task lead experience.
- Experience directing the planning, development and implementation of quality processes.
- Ensure appropriate management, customer, and supplier involvement throughout the life of the program.
- Customer Interface Skills:
Must be able to effectively process customer expectations and concerns, and assures customer we are executing services effectively.
- Extensive knowledge of the Navy C4I security subsystems domain.
PREFERRED
Qualifications:
- Navy C4I security subsystems equipment technical expertise.
- Proficient with Microsoft Project - Proficient with IBM Maximo Job Posting:
