Business Development Program Manager

Responsibilities Manage caseload distribution and oversee appropriate case assignments.
Essential Functions:
Work with developers (MIS) to Project Manage the delivery of the programming the source of information for the issues/projects related to any marketing initiative and it's tracking results.
Enforce technical review procedures for monitoring and evaluation of case management abilities of all our Claim Representatives.
Monitors performance on programs to ensure that best and fair practices are met.
Assist Claim Representatives in preparation for activations-claims reviews, legal staffing and attend meetings with Claim Representatives and Client as necessary.
Communicate effectively any update related to company with the Customer Service Manager, the Sales Team, the Collection Team, the MIS team, the Credit Team and the Advertising Team, informing and updating them regularly to guarantee that sales objectives and client objectives are met.
Qualifications Must have a minimum of 5 years of Business Development experience.
Must have strong sales and marketing experience, preferably with selling and marketing financial services or other types of service products.
Strong Analytical Ability is a must.
Time Management - Is capable of establishing and managing priorities.
Plan activities and create a regular schedule.
Make optimal use of time and resources.
Reduce controllable interruptions.
Capable of handling several different tasks and activities while still meeting deadlines.
Quality Awareness - Follows established corporate policies and State and Federal regulations.
Make suggestions to improve efficiency and overall service to clients.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
