Local facility in Macclenny, FL is currently seeking to bring on board a full time Occupational Therapist to fill an immediate position with their staff. This position entails direct services to patients including assessment, treatment, program planning and implementation with related documentation and communication.
Responsibilities:
Performs evaluations, develops and implements effective patient treatment plans in accordance with federal, state and professional standards governing the facility.
