Office Administration - Home Delivery Division

Position Summary This is position is responsible for managing the relationships and correspondence between the customer (GE), operations, independent contractors and our customer service department.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities - Receive customer, GE representative and independent contractor phone calls and respond accordingly - Correspond with the Central Office for customer relations - Receive all previous day's routes from local operations manager and scan into system - Assist in preparing next day's delivery paperwork - Enter notes and additional information for customer and independent contractors into GE system.
Required Skills - Must be organized and detail oriented - Must have good oral and written communication and interpersonal skills - Must be computer literate, with basic knowledge of Microsoft Office software such as Excel, PowerPoint and Word.
Other office programs experience is a plus.
- Must be highly motivated, self-starter and capable of taking multiple duties and challenges.
- Some college is preferred, but High School diploma or GED is required.
Compensation:

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
