-Assist with the communication of new emerging technology (Mobile, Social).

-Build organizational talent by creating a learning environment that ensures employees realize their highest potential -Define/refine UML modeling standards -Analysis of models to determine if they meet the published standards, appropriate placement for components and processes with assistance from the architecture SME's, conversion of models within Rational Software Architect.
-Assist in the refinement of documentation standards for software designs -Modify/Create reports using BIRT -Assist with RTC Librarian tasks, such as stream creation and deliveries.
-Evaluate user requirements for additional capabilities and make recommendations on implementations within RSA/RTC Required Skills:
EDUCATION Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related discipline.
