Asbury Automotive Group (NYSE:ABG), the 5th largest public automotive retailer in the country is currently interviewing for an E-Commerce Manager for our Q auto location in Jacksonville, FL.
We are looking for a positive, experienced E-Commerce Manager to join us in supporting our sales staff and be an integral part of building the Q auto brand.
This is a once in a lifetime opportunity to be involved in the start up phase of a new business model, backed by a Fortune 500 company.
Job Responsibilities
Work directly with our employees and customers to develop relationships and help bridge connections in our online sales process
Build rapport with customers to build a base of referrals to establish customer network
Provide training and support to the sales staff on Phone & Internet skills and assist in closing sales
Manage the dealerships CRM (E Lead), implement processes and work flows
This role is a Player/Coach position; you will be involved directly with guests as well as coaching Product Specialists through their lead progression.
Job Qualifications
Prior Call Center/E-Commerce Sales Management experience
Be able to convert leads to in store visits and sales
Strong PC, Phone, Chat & Text skills
Be able to coach, develop and encourage the entire Q sales staff
Must be a Follow Up Ninja
