Summary: Identify, screen, interview and recommend a qualified applicant pool to achieve adequate staffing levels for all levels of clinical and non-clinical areas. Monitor the market for recruitment sources, maintain active presence in community and school career programs. Maintain recruitment tracking and monitoring systems.
This position will require high volumes of phone screens and mass interviews. The ideal candidiate needs to be self-motivated with excellent computer skills. Experience with Peoplesoft or a similar ATS is absolutely needed to be successful in this role.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent recruiting experience in lieu of degree.
Preferred Licensure/Certifications: - PHR or SPHR.
One plus years recruiting experience in a fast paced environment recruiting all levels of positions and experience in a healthcare organization.
At least three years performing Human Resources functions.

This will be a approximately three month contract with a possibility of extension. This position will be paid through an agency of our choice. The hours are full-time but flexible.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
