Counsel, Shared Services and Special Projects
The candidate will provide legal support for company's distribution business, focusing on shared services, technology offerings and special projects. Responsibilities will include: contract support for customer technology offerings, legal guidance to the operations and technology departments, and legal support for projects that span multiple departments. Should have J.D. degree with excellent academic credentials. Should be a member, as applicable, of the Virginia, Florida or Georgia Bar. Must have 8
years of experience providing legal counsel to clients. Should have comprehensive commercial contract drafting and negotiation skills, with a special focus on technology contracts. Experience with healthcare regulations will be strongly preferred. Experience with technology contracts and related legal issues required. Blend of law firm and in-house experience will be preferred.Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
